”Today was an extremely humbling experience. Two and a half years a go I set out on a fundraising effort to raise money to enable fostering, educating and providing for children who were living on the streets of Lomé, Togo 🇹🇬 The first money that was donated was quickly sent through so that children, like this now young man, would benefit straight away from your donations. I met an extremely appreciative, motivated and mature human being today who was taken out of the grips of drug gangs on the streets and now has almost completed three years of carpentry training. I personally had the pleasure of giving him his last school supplies. Soon, he will be supported to start his own business and from there he intends to take on his apprentices from the streets, continuing the legacy that we all began.
